My mail delivery/pick up is inconsistent. I have voiced this complaint before, the last time being about 6-8 weeks ago. My mail was not picked up today (December 18, 2023), despite my outgoing mail being in my mailbox since 10AM this morning. I've asked for guidance repeatedly on what I can do to resolve this problem. I've been told repeatedly that it is a substitute mail carrier's error. Can I have a list of days when the subsittue will work, so I can take my mail to the post office. Some mail is time sensitive. I'm truly discouraged by the lack of resolution to this ongoing problem.
