To whom it may concern I’m on a rule route and not sure if where I live is serviceable (not sure if we have a carrier) . I have orders that say delivered and have not gotten them till days later or at all, I have even picked up my packages at the office location my self can this issue not be handled ? Does the mail never run at a specific time I understand holidays are different because it’s a busy time for you and everyone else but the holidays just maybe the only time I or anyone else can depend on getting specific items ordered in a timely manner.
