I have been calling the post office repeatedly and the phone has rung for many minutes before being disconnected without anyone responding. I has been over 10 minutes of repeated redialing. I am trying to find out where a package that was in Cincinnati on Nov 17 has gone as over a week has passed and no delivery yet. The tracking number is 9534614511265316538554. It is now 3:05pm on Nov 25. I know the post office is open but it doesn't appear anyone is working.

Hello, a post office carrier who lives in Xenia and possibly works near you was identified as a Proud Boy, which is a domestic terrorist organization. His name is Patrick Eggert. You need to start the appropriate steps with the union to have him removed as a terrorist should not be trusted with mail.
