I mailed a Flat on July 29th from the Dublin, Ohio Post Office to the following address: Dr. Ahmed Fathala 24275 Smith Avenue Westlake, OH 44145 The address is correct. The Flat, sent First Class mail, came back to our office on August 15th. with a sticker saying "Non Deliverable as addressed. Unable to forward." Our customer was extremely irate and cancelled his contract with us because he did not receive this piece of mail. On August 11th, I sent out a replacement copy of this mail in a Flat (Ground Advantage) with tracking to the same address and it was delivered today. I would like to find out why this Flat was not delivered the first time. It has cost us this customer's business. Here is the tracking information for the second Flat delivered today: # 9500115421485223790309. Delivered In/At mailbox 08/15/2025 @ 12:06 pm. Please let me know why the Flat was returned the first time. It's very important that I find out the reason for its return. Thank you very much.
