I would like to request more information on shipping care packages to a Military base overseas. According to the USPS website, all APO addresses are considered domestic mailing. After checking the APO AE address "09315", it says there are no restrictions on tobacco products, yet the Post office still denies sending the package. Care packages are for the Soldiers. I've been deployed twice before and have never had these issues before. But as of now, I can't even get shaving cream shipped to me. We are on a small outpost in Syria.
