Mr. Gerald Miller's P.O. Box 744 is being delivered to CareSource. Please check into this for Mr. Miller (aka Miller-Valentine). We have continued to see our mail not being delivered in a timely manner. Checks have not been returned to our bank as well. If you need to call me you can call 937-956-7849. I do not understand why our mail is being delivered to CareSource and need to know what you will do to rectify this.
