It never fails, 9 times out of 10 when a T6 delivers they ignore the request to not gross our lawn when delivering that's is literally ON OUR MAILBOX. This isn't because o is worrying about the grass, it's because we have cords that go across our yard for various yard and holiday decorations and 1.) don't want them to trip and 2.) because if they trip they will most likely damage said decorations. We have a ring cam, we see who they are, Five points has been called multiple times and MY HUSBAND IS A CARRIER AT ANOTHER BRANCH. It happened today, we literally watched her READ THE NOTE AND IGNORE IT and walk across the yard. I'm done, no more calling the branch, it will be the postmaster. If they trip, legally it's on them, if they damage something LEGALLY IT'S ON THEM. I get it's more steps, but they're already walking 25,000 a day, 30 more to go down a paved driveway to a sidewalk isn't a major challenge. If you don't want to heed a customers request, then don't be a carrier.
