Never answer the phone. Mail hasn’t been delivered in 2 days.

I was at the post office in Toms River on Water St., on Tuesday morning, around 10:30am to purchase a money order. I was attempting to pay for the money order with 3 different debit cards. One card was declined (The bank happend to have technical issues at that time, my luck) and the transaction needed to be cancelled. Unfortunately one of the payments in the amount of $250.00 was processed and the money was taken from my account. The postal representative could not issue me a refund and told me she had to go through the help desk. I have NOT heard from anyone at the help desk to date. My bank told me I had to request a refund which I did and it has not been done yet. I tried several times to see the supervisor in person and they have either "just" stepped out of the office or on a call. I am living on a fixed income and this is affecting my ability to meet my monthly expenses. When I called to speak to a supervisor today, I was informed that I had to call THEIR help desk to correct the mistake they made. He was out of it. If I could rate this post office with a zero I would have!

Your mailmen are supposed to deliver by 11. I don't get my mail till after1pm. Also they won't even take packages meant to go out. I've talked to one of the drivers and he said he will make a complaint but wut do ya know nothing has changed

my brother robert eiseman who lives at 600 clifton ave,building 3,unit 6 has been in hospital and rehab for 5 weeks so no one is home to get his mailwhat have they done with his mail so far.can they hold it for the next 3 weeks till he gets home.can someone please call to advise.772-607-3844 and get any info u need.

I live at 1021 Whittier Ave, Toms River NJ 08753 the mail man today stuff a big package it had a hoodie in it when I pulled it out all my mail went on the street cars go fast plus windy today some of it went in the street and went all over the place plus I’m disabled cars stopped to help
