What ever happened to the mailman delivering the mail near the same time daily? Our mail used to be consistent at around 3pm. Now, not only is it delivered a day late (according to the Informed Mail from USPS), but it comes most times after 5pm and not everyday. We seem to have a different mail person weekly and everyday. You never see the same carrier twice in 1 week. There is no consistency with the mail delivery. Don't we start the same time daily and sort through the mail for our DEDICATED ROUTE? The top complaint though is, how does the mail go to the wrong address? Is it not numbered correctly? Can we not read simple numbers? Solution -- let the SAME CARRIER have a dedicated route. I think if that happens, the mailman would get to know his neighborhood a bit better, therefore less missed deliveries.

WE moved from Allendale to Mahwah two months ago. I have held back on emailing but it has gotten out of control. WE used to get out mail between 11-1pm from the same mail deliverer in Allendale. Now we get our mail between 5-645pm. From (3) different mail deliverer... Plus larger envelopes are bent and shoved into our mailbox. We also have received 4 letters for our neighbor in our mailbox. The lady gets here around 545pm and puts the mail in nicely but the guys just shove the mail in. My home is right across from the mail box...Could someone PLEASE correct this problem...

You guys are great. Anytime I came for certified mail, I always received friendly, helpful, and kind service. I'm super grateful for that. My only question is, we have regular mailing going out, but we also have about 500 Holiday cards to be delivered--Could someone notify the Mail Carrier coming to our specific location know beforehand, that there will be an extra bin of Holiday cards to be picked up?
