Good Morning I am writing to stress my frustration with our mail carrier, my family has made numerous complaints and this one has become serious. My father who suffers from dementia besides numerous other health concerns receives medication through mail order. His latest prescription was sent back to sender according to the Pharmacy because the address was incorrect, when we checked the address it was correct and we know this is fact as he has not had an issue until they updated their mail contract with USPS in the past UPS delivered the prescriptions without any issues. As I understand the carrier refuses to deliver packages to the house due to the length of the driveway, if that is the case she could leave the package at the post office for pick up not DENY delivering it all together and send it back to sender. I have attempted numerous times to contact the Burlington Post office with no success. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue.
