Bloomfield Commons, 30 John Street, Apt. 2A, Bloomfield, NJ 07003 Vito was our regular mail carrier for the past 13 years and our mail was consistently delivered by no later than 4 p.m. Since his transfer to another route this past spring, our mail has been progressively delivered by 6:30, then 7:30...8:30...9 p.m. AND we've received ELEVEN pieces of mail over the last 3 months that belong to other building tenants in our complex. We can only imagine how many pieces of our mail have been deposited in other people's mail boxes as well. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
