Called 9/21/24 9:00 am, to request delivery of Weekly Shopper News. Had to redial several times as the ring thru to operator transfer would disconnect after ten rings. Suggest getting a phone system with "hold" feature to reduce callers' frustration when trying to contact the Post Office. Talked to a person who self-identified as "Gage, Supervisor", who was unable to give last name due to P.O. regulations. Gage to look into it and try to get a copy delivered today. We'll see. Thank you.
