I left a form to forward my mail. The Postmaster decided instead to hold my mail. Because I am on Informed Delivery, I saw nine peices of Personal Mail that should have been forwarded. I called the Postmaster and asked her where it was. She said she had a tracking number and would send it to me in FL. It is a month later and I have yet to receive that mail. I have no idea why she changed my forward mail directions but i am still waiting for my receipts for money given, Christmas Cards and thank you notes seen in the informed delivery.

HOW ABOUT YOU ACTUALLY DELIVER A PACKAGE,YOU NEVER KNOCK AT THE DOOR SO HOW IS SOMEONE SUPPOSED TO KNOW YOU ACTUALLY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED. YOU DON'T EVEN GET OUT OF THE TRUCK.
