Not helpful. No one wants to help you with tracking lost packages with USPS tracking numbers, but other branches are more than helpful and apologize for the situation at Roanoke Rapids. You are basically told by the person at RR to call someone else. I called another location and they were sooo nice and helpful. Not sure why no one at RR wants to do their job.
