I dont even know where to begin with how frustrated I am with this post office. I moved into a retail space that has been established for years. I have 2 mailboxes, one at my door and one shared mailbox with my suite mate at the street side. I have been here for 3 months and haven't received ANY mail. The post office has no idea where any of my mail is going. So not only is it NOT being delivered but they aren't holding or forwarding it either. I AM BESIDE MYSELF. I have called, my landlord has called, the property manager has called, I have even gone in several times and stood in front of them with NO answers. How this is legal is beyond me. Horrible management and customer service and how convenient no one has any answers to help me. I wish I could give 0 stars!
