I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have a package showing stuck there for over a week and need an update.

This is probable the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I have on several occasions had packages scheduled for pick up on my normal mail route for a small business I run. This is something that the postal service offers is a package pick up on your normal route. However I have more than once had confirmation of packages to be picked up and not only have they not been picked up but the mail man will go as far as to not even stop at my house of the day I have these scheduled. I have even raised my flag on my mailbox with a note to remind them that I do have packages sitting on my porch for pick up and they have driven right by when the flag has been raised. One of the carriers has been more than nasty with me for no reason at all and I am just in awww of how this post office handles their business. We take our packages there they tell us we can't bring them there they have to be picked up because we can't fill up the bin in the lobby. We have been told to take them to the recieving doors took the packages there and was jumped all over and told we wasnt allowed to do that yet the ladies at the lobby told us to. You really dont know if your supposed to turn around sit or spin when it comes to this location. They are awful if I didnt have to deal with them because of my normal mail I sure wouldn't.. I wish I could give them negative stars to be honest.
