I want to add that I would have given the Franklin Post Office a five star rating until this young man failed to connect with the driver to get the message to him and that no one ever answered the phone.

A package containing two small blankets was mailed to me from a woman in Charlotte. A couple weeks later she messaged me that the package was returned to her marked " No receptacle." I have a large prominent mail box and a paved road. I spoke to a young man at the post office about this and he said he would take care of it, although I felt he was just going to dismiss it. The package was mailed again and was again returned to the sender. As I live a long way from the Post Office I tried to call to speak to someone. I tried for over an hour to call and no one ever answered the phone. This was Wednesday, Jan 24. I want to add that I have always be treated well by the postal employees in Franklin.
