No one will answer the phone. I have problems with delivery to my rural residence and, so far, have been unable to contact the Post Office in an effort to resolve the problem. Dialed the 800 number listed and got and incredibly long voice mail and finally hung up in frustration. Getting more frustrated by the minute.
