mailed @ 29 letters and @ 20 returned non delivery and return to sender. Addresses on envelope were correct. went to post office to find what the problem. They couldn't answer only to say they probably was placed in the wrong tray and the person just place a note on them. I asked for a refund on the stamps and was told that they don't give refund on stamps. They suggested to resend and I told them no because I had to hand deliver them because of the time With the price of stamps I was very dissatisfied with Efland PO and probably will not return again. Just wanted someone else to know the experience that I received.
