Package says it was delivered to a parcel locker, this is a residential address that does not have a parcel locker, I do not know where it was delivered to and now it looks like it is being returned. These are medical supplies and it is important. The address on the package was correct and we have been at this address for over 18 years now. Not sure what the disconnect is. When I called the 800 phone line, they did not understand what the problem is or where the package is.
