Informed delivery showed 2 pieces of mail to be delivered on Thursday, Sept. 12 from our bank along with junk mail. Thursday's mail did not come at all nor did it come today. I am very concerned because it is banking info, and one of them is our credit card bill. Today's mail came at 6 p.m. Wednesday's mail was delivered at 8 p.m. I tried to call 2 times and after many rings, it just cut off. What is going on?????? The delivery person tonight said to go to the post office in the a.m. to report it, but what about our mail???? Where is it??????

You send out flier about Stamp Out Hunger pick up on May 11th 2024, but USPS fail to pick up donations at mailbox. Will ignore requests for food in future.

I have attempted to call 5 times this morning and no one answered the phone, so why have a contact number when you get no reply. I called to report a NO DELIVERY and/or NO PICKUP of mail yesterday. Why?
