Your post office is poorly run, because: I have gone online to request my mail be held while on vacation is it was not held three different times. My mailman left a notice that there was nobody home to deliver a package, however, we were home all day and he did not attempt to deliver. I rescheduled a delivery date and I saw him drive by without delivering the package. When I called my local post office, someone hung-up on my twice without saying hello. 28027 is poorly managed.

My mail envelope was damaged. It was from the Social Secuity Administration. It came in today at 6:15 pm at 4269 Artdale Road SW, Concord, NC 28027-8538. Have photo of the envelope if you need it.

Our priority mail was received at this post office at 2:46 am on March 23, 2024. It is addressed to the Treasury Dept. in Charlotte, NC which is 21 minutes from this post office. So far it is 'being processed' by 'this facility' but has not left it to be delivered. Tracking # 9505513715264076777461 It should have been delivered by now!! Can you please tell us what has happened so that we can take action to address the late mail?
