I have been a patron of the Post Office for many years. I am so disappointed that so many of my packages are being returned. I have lived at the 3027 Lawrence Drive for over 15 years and we do not have a mail box. With the amount of post office rent we have paid over the years we are very disappointed with the customer service. When we discussed our concerns with the staff they replied they are too busy to check addresses. Most of our deliveries require a residential address and will not deliver to a post office box or allow a PO box to be listed. I have been buying my stamps at other post offices because their customer service is more professional. Our PO Box is 334. If this continues we may be forced to close our box and move it to another post office that is more customer oriented. We hear other customer complain as well while waiting to be served. Please provide the customer service we have had in the past.
