A package was delivered to 15500 Youngblood Road today and once again, the package was left on the ground next to the mail box on busy Youngblood Road. How lazy can the carrier be? I don't want to hear your excuse that there is a gate because the gate has been open since 10AM this morning as we have informed delivery and we were expecting the package. This is absolutely terrible service and that employee should be fired. And of course if we try to call, we cannot ever get through to anyone as no one seems to care. This is just a sorry excuse for service. There is a female carrier that comes sometimes (she has an accent like she's from the islands) and she is very conscientous and will always bring packages to the house. It would be great if she were our full time carrier. I would like a response to this situation and what you intend to do about this service
