I live in an apartment with my mother and we have a mailbox right by our front door. We are disabled and can't go to the communal mailboxes by the leasing office. On January 12th of 2023 we were expecting a delivery for a package and it said that it was unable to be delivered. I don't know if they tried to leave it at the leasing office or what, I tried calling to see what would could be done and absolutely no one answered. Extremely unprofessional and downright abhorrent customer service.
