My feedback is that your mail service sucks! You've lost at least 10 envelopes consisting of checks for gifts and in particular bills. Because of this you've cost us extra money in late fees and credit card charges for paying on line. Unfortunately for us you could care less as long as you continue to charge the public postage increases and yet the service is horrible. We'll never give you a package to ship as your handling will in all likelihood lose it. Mail delivery is so inconsistent its absurd. Mondays either it comes at 7PM or it doesn't come at all, that goes for during the entire week. Somedays it never comes. Where we lived previously never had this problem delivery service was very good, here its horrible. So IMO you appear to have poor management or personnel, something is very wrong and needs to be fixed before it costs someone dearly.
