For over a year, our Liberty utility bill has been forwarded to our daughter's home in Wood Heights, MO. My wife called and personally went into the post office to address this issue. First, they told her it was the City's issue (even though the bill is properly addressed to me and my wife's names and address). The city said it is a PO issue (which it is). My children even received one of our tax documents. Yes, they lived at our home, for a while, but NEVER were their names on our utility accounts and definitely not our federal tax documents. We've been told it will be investigated and we've been told the PO doesn't understand how this has happened. We have lived in our home for almost 9 years! Some months, we get our bill? Most months our bill of 9 years, addressed to my wife and my name and our correct address is sent to a family with a completely different last name and address... in a completely different town! Never have I seen a more incompetent organization. But, that's Our government, I guess?
