I went there for a canadian passport photo. A tall blonde offered to help so I gave her the canadian requirements for size etc and she said she could do it. I paid her the $15 and she took 2 pics. I then couriered them to Canada which cost $70. 10 days or so later I got it all back only to discover they refused the photos because the size was not correct as they were too small, she didn't put they're name and address on back of pics as well as many other problems. I went back to her to hopefully get my money back for pics and courier. She wouldn't even give me my $16 back. What a bit**. Absolutely will not ever have her to do anything for me again and would highly recommend going elsewhere for passport photos. She obviously can't read or she would have told me she couldn't do the size I needed. I am absolutely missed off about it. The instructions are quite clear and for someone that is a "professional" passport photo service i surely shouldn't need to check them. I went to Walgreens after to get them there and they told me straight up they couldn't do it. That is how it should have been at usps!!!
