The Post Master (female) is the worst PM that I have ever encountered. I have made numerous complaints to the Main Office and no remedy has occurred. On a business level she has lied saying she returned a packages and never did and then on numerous occasions she has questioned County staff that handles mail what all the Amazon packages are for (we are governmental Human Services office) which is none of her business. Now on a personal level I completed a forwarding address in July and I have had 6 or 7 pieces of mail left in my old PO Box and the new owner of the Box returned the letters and she had them Returned to Sender. Pretty disappointing as now I don't know how many other items have not gotten to me. As a Federal Agency I would have hoped mine and our Agency's mail would have been handled properly. The current PM is very condescending and very nasty to many, many patrons of this very small community Post Office. She is more concerned as to her appearance and not assisting customers than doing her actual job. She certainly also holds grudges and uses her position to control the outcomes of customers. So glad I did get rid of my PO Box but still does not justify her controlling this!!! I'm not sure what my next step is to issue a very disturbing concern but I will certainly research it.
