There is one mail carrier who seems to not be capable of delivering mail correctly. She has put at least one package in the wrong mailbox so it got stolen. She also did not even attempt to use the buzzer twice to notify me my package was there. The first time I called and filed a complaint. The office called me saying they thought the buzzer was broken. It hadn’t been broken in at least 6 months. Now today she did not deliver my package despite knowing the buzzer works fine. Apparently she was too lazy to look at my last name on the package and look me up in the buzzer. The tracking updates say I need to provide a code. The code you put in calls my cell phone and then I press a button to open the door. Extremely disappointed and tired of the issues. They either need to fire her, not have her deliver to the apartment, or educate her on the basics of using a buzzer because it’s not that hard. It’s really not.
