Last week, there were 3 days where no mail was delivered. This week so far, there have been 2 days with no delivered mail. When I do get my mail, it seems very "light," as though there is a lot missing. I will give Jaton, at the service desk at this location, 5 stars. She is great! Cheryl, who also works the service counter, is slower than molasses in sub-zero January and has the personality of a loaf of Wonder bread. I'd really like to get my mail delivered every day, all of my mail, not just some of it.

What is going on with the mail deliveries out of the GV Post Office? I haven't gotten mail since the beginning of last week. I am waiting for an important package and medications. The package has been sitting awaiting delivery for a week. Are you short staffed, or just don't care. We need our mail, please let the residents of Golden Valley know why we are only getting mail and packages one or twice a week. I absolutely cringe when I seen my packages have been turned over to the Post Office because I never know when or if I will get them. How about some open communication???
