Calling telephone number provided on site starting at 9:00 am awaiting next agent until 9:05 and was disconnected after continuous ringing and no answer. I am calling to confirm delivery of a registered letter proceeded on 9/15/25 at the IN 46206 location, time 9:26 am. Online tracking only gives that information. This is very disheartening as I redialed at 9:06 through 9:10am and disconnected again. The telephone greeting says to stay online while being transferred to the operator to no avail on the third attempt, at least have some message to call back at a specific time. Each ring time last for 3 minutes and 3 seconds. RF218889830US. I paid $29.40 and should be able to speak with an agent to answer my inquiry. The general PO number is a nightmare also, didn't recognize my tracking number. This is a reason why I generally use UPS or FEDX. I am very disappointed
