I wish to make a Complaint about the rural driver that delivers mail to our mail box. There are numerous days when he does Not show up, even when We have something to mail OUT. We have notices of packages "out for delivery" via USPS, BUT he does NOT Deliver, and then makes some kind of Excuse as to Why he didn't come, sent to the Sender, and then we see this Excuse. I really think the USPS needs to find a Better Delivery Person!!! I'll Bet he parks his vehicle with Mail Still in it. at the end of When He decides to Quit for the day. Just because he made a Lower Bid to get the Contract Dosen't make him a Better Mail Carrier.
