We are writing this in regards to our Carrier Named Don. We live at 8539 Alwardt Dr. Sterling hgts, MI On Saturday 5 of us received the wrong mail. When we checked with our neighbors they all had the same problem. This is not the first time this has happen and has been happening a lot lately. This Carrier has been on this route for more than two years and we feel should know who lives where by now. My husband was out for a walk that day and saw him. He told him what had happen and he just shrugged his shoulders. We have had different carriers when he has been off and have not had any problems with the delivery. We would appreciate it if you could address this issue so that we can be sure that we are getting our own mail. There also have been times when my neighbor and I both have not received any mail which is very unusual for us. The next day we get a lot of mail. Anything the post office can do to correct this problem would be greatly appreciated.
