I just had a very poor experience at the Portage (Milham) post office. I waited in line for a half hour with 10-15 other people in a waiting area with no air conditioning. Only one employee was providing help despite this long line. During a busy time of day (4-6 pm) there should be more than one employee working at the counter. There were elderly people and others who struggled with the heat and the wait time. I realize the USPS has experienced cutbacks, but this is not acceptable.

Our mail carrier is not consistently forwarding our mail, even though a temporary mail forwarding request was submitted almost 3 weeks ago. No one answers the Portage Post Office phone when we call to discuss this.
