This post office must be VERY short staffed. When I called at 2:00 PM on Monday 12 January 2026; a Message replied to the initial call. After the message it rings again and after 20 rings the telephone disconnects. I tried this twice. I was disconnected both times. I am worried because my Christmas letter returned that I sent my 89 year old first cousin in Pasadena, MD. I'm 82. We stay in touch yearly because of our age. Is she dead? in a Nursing Home? the label says "Return to Sender VACANT Unable to Forward",. The Post office is not machines. It is People. Her Letter Carrier would know if she died, is in a nursing home or hospital. But if I cannot reach the post office, how am I to know? I hope someone will help me.

I live at 8011 Cameryn Place #208. Mail was not delivered yesterday. Today mail was delivered but the carrier left the whole panel of personal mailboxes open and DID NOT take any outgoing mail. This is the second time this has happened. Please correct this issue.
