I am writing this email to question our service in the past few months. Simply put, our service has been dismal. We have not received our regular mail. First class is not being received in a timely manner - looking at the cancelation date. We have not received important documents. I regularly carry our neighbor's mail to their box due to misdirects. I have discussed this issue with other neighbors and the story is similar. Would someone please discuss this with the letter carrier? As a former USPS letter carrier/clerk I can understand on occasion mistakes happen and "new guy" or the PTFs are not familiar with all routes, however this route needs to be addressed.
