A general comment that Post Office reliability for delivering mail to the proper address is not what is used to be. We've had our mail delivered to neighbors mail boxes from just a few houses away, to 5 houses away. That is not good USPS delivery reliability, especially for serious and urgent mail. Not all neighbors are kind enough to bring the wrongly delivered mail to its proper address, like our neighbors brought us our mail delivered to their home. Some people might just throw it away. Well, a current example of degrading USPS reliability; an envelop/mail was put in our mail box addressed to a person, not us, with an address of 14145 Cedar Ln, Greensboro, MD, 21639-1461. Our address is 8640 Park Drive, Chestertown, MD, 21620. Our address is in Kent County, Maryland. The Greensboro, Maryland address is in Caroline County, Maryland. How does that happen? Now I'm concerned if our mail is not delivered to our home address, but someone else's address miles and miles and miles away, Counties away, will I ever receive it? I will be handing this envelop to our mail delivery person today and pointing out this terrible USPS error.
