Hi North Andover, MA Post Office - I'd like to file a complaint. Today, at about 3:45PM, I waited in line patiently for my turn at the North Andover, MA post office. The Caucasian lady in back of me cut in front of me and was helped by a Post Office representative (I think Maritza?) immediately. I was next in line and was just as much in a rush as everyone else during this busy Friday evening. I was wearing a bright, red jacket so I'm sure I was an Asian lady that could not be missed. However, both the Caucasian who cut me in line and Maritza did not "see" me!! I tried calling the North Andover Post Office three times to no avail and have been a faithful North Andover Post Office patron for a decade (wonderful service from Jim and Cheryl). I hope this incident will not happen again. Not pleased, Jennifer Chan
