I left my outgoing mail in my box with the flag up for 3 days. For three days the driver pushed mail into my box without taking my outgoing mail. I stopped the mail truck with a driver and an assistant a few doors down from my home 3915 Mulberry Row Way, 40299, and asked why they refused to take my mail. The red flag was clearly up for 3 days. I have security camera footage to prove it was up all three days. When I aske why they refused to take my outgoing mail I was told " I don't have time for this bullshit" and attempted to move away while I handed them the mail. They took it with a nice "fuck you" before driving off. This occurred today at 12/29/2023 at 11:40 AM. I'll be glad to show you the security camera tape which clearly shows the red flag was up for 3 days in a row.

What is going on? Mail delivery to my subdivision is AWFUL! I have gotten delivery as late as 10:00 at night and the next day as early as 9:00 am…Most of the time delivery as well after dark…The joke round is, “Has the mail come yet? No, it’s not dark yet…Sometimes my mail instead of going to 901 Ramsgate Court winds up at 901 Brierly Hill Court (and, that mailbox isn’t even in THAT court for some reason…It is on Kirkham Road)…Last week I received mail from Social Security (action required mail) TWO weeks after it was mailed with a note that it was not deliverable)…With all due respect…What the hell is going on?
