We are having a problem with our out-going mail not being picked up from our mailbox....despite the flag being raised. Two dates I can specifically remember were September 9 and September 26. Mail was actually left by the postman but he did not take the out-going bills and letters. I tried several times over three days to call the Indian Creek Post Office regarding our problem only to be told to hold and my call would be answered by the next available employee. That NEVER happened.....I held on the line and the phone rang at least 20 times and then the connection ended. We can't get our mail picked up from our home and I can't even reach someone at the post office to explain our situation. This is very poor service and a big disappointment.
