Carriers shove items into box regardless of Fragile or Do Not Bend labels. Main website instructs callers to contact them by phone for lost mailbox keys, which is useless because they do not pick up. The office only has 2 people helping customers but 1 is busy with passports. They consider themselves a business but no business would be able to last with this kind of service.
