Visited the USPS at 8820 Monrovia in Lenexa, Kansas today. First of all many thanks for adding new feature in informed mail delivery which send us an email advising that mail has been delivered to box. However, you have a major problem as the parking lot is full of pot holes. Today I noticed a big orange cone in middle to parking lot to warn drivers of large pot holes. This has been an issue for several months and nothing has been done. I know a lot of people have complained about this could cause damage to tires and car. When will this be taken care of? Thanks

The never have enough people working the front desk during peak period and are over staffed during slack periods. They never answer the phone when I am trying to get help. Most are very unproffessional when working the front desk and quite surly.

Package was clearly cut opened and retaped after a 3 day delay. This has happened several times. Some packages have had items taken.
