How much is a p o box at the tinely park location

Follow up on my previous email. Of course, no one has called me. I thought someone would respond to this feedback and contact me, but that did not happen. I'll just show up tomorrow to hopefully get some resolution to my broken mailbox lock. Until there is a resolution, they'll still get a low rating.

My mailbox lock was broken and I was told that I needed to go to the Tinley Park PO to report it and have it repaired. First of all, DO NOT CALL!!! There is no specific prompt so you will need to be connected to the operation...however when you are...it just rings, No one picks up. So on 7/20 around 4:30 pm I go to the post office and was directed to a gentleman who took all my information on a scrap piece of paper. Said he would call me. (1st red flag). Writing it on a random piece of paper usually guarantees you'll never hear back from them. The morning of 7/21, while at work I'v made several calls to their number and of course, it just rang and rang. I'll wait until around 2:00 or 3:00 today to see if the gentleman who took my information ever calls me back, if not I will have to take time off from work to return in person.

The older gentleman that was taking care of passports needs to be a little nicer and a little more understanding. He may be doing this all day long for several people. But it is my first time doing this. Don't be so rude, be nicer and instead of asking me questions like I am stupid, READ my form. I had everything marked and typed in, don't ask me if I want the passprot and ID, LOOK as it was MARKED on the form. Don't ask me what name I want on my passport, READ as it was typed on my form. AND for goodness sakes, learn how to use a stapler.
