On the 5th of August and the 5 th of September I bring one piece of mail for Bank of America. I walk inside the post office and put it with the stamped mail. These two months those pieces of mail did not reach to their destination. They are important bills. I would like to know what kind of crap is going on that two months in a row that one piece of mail doesn't reach its destination. Even if that piece of mail lands on the floor, it would conceivably be found and mailed. So far neither piece of mail has been mailed to its destination. I expect that those letters be found so I can pick them up. I no longer need to mail them. I am frustrated and concerned that this mail seems to be lost two months in a row.
