Re: Tracking # 9374810912401979493583 Package was to arrive 4/24. Went to 'out for delivery status about 8 AM. Checked tracking detail late in afternoon when it had not arrived. Status changed to 'delivered to pick up point' about 2 PM. Called Geneseo P.O. Package had been put on wrong vehicle. Their plan was to deliver a day late. I needed package so I had to go pick it up at P.O. Geneseo is a small town. Why didn't either 1) the person whose truck it was on drop it off after they'd their route or 2) send the person who erred to deliver the package? Instead the decision of the Geneseo P.O. was to inconvenience the customer for the P.O.s error rather than taking the initiative (and 5 minutes) to correct their error and not inconvenuence the customer. Rating is for this event only.
