I recently went to the post office where you pick up packages and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the door. They are supposed to be opened at 9:30 am. It is unbelievable how people are kept waiting for service. Try calling and they don't believe in answering the phone. Complaining to the manager gets you nowhere. I am going to complain to the postmaster general.
