Yes, I visit this branch once. Today, I went there again and wanted to express this with my frustration at Finance Station L because a co-worker is not aware of communication with Deaf customer before, she gave me a hard time when I asked her to write down while she kept speaking to me. I showed my mobile to her, and she took mine to communicate with me. It seemed like she gave me hard time when she didn't accept that my box with old labels, which I don't have a label. I had to ask her if she has a label, and she gave me a priority mail label, which I didn't ask for it. I just wanted to ship the box with a regular mail, but I paid it because I just wanted to finish it with her. Likewise, I never had that experience in any post offices before. At Finance Station L, She and co-workers need to be training how to communicate with deaf customers in the future.
