Since Kelly, the Postmaster, retired my mail service has been terrible. The temporary people are returning my mail claiming that I have "NO MAIL RECEPTICLE". I have been receiving my mail at a cluster of mail boxes at the Bureau of Reclamation work center in Irwin for over 20 years. I am not the only person who is having their mail returned.
