phone rings. No answer. Trying to find package reportedly marked 'hold at customer request'. I did not request a hold

No way to contact post office. Tried everything I know to do as has other post offices in Arizona. Had mail forwarded from PO Box 13 in Eagle, ID 83616 nothing has ever shown up. I need to know what the status of my mail is whether it’s been held or forwarded etc. Phone only rings for for five minutes then goes to busy. Other post office is don’t know what to do either. No way to communicate with staff at Eagle Idaho post office. Help
